Victoria is a Therapist, Trauma Specialist, and Family Systems Expert

She is currently available for sessions.

About one in 20 Americans are encountering mental health issues. Today more than one in 5 of us have caregiving responsibilities for loved ones. Expectations of retirement for one generation may falter when the need to provide care for parents, grandchildren, or adult children occurs. Diverse family structures, living great distances from family or friends and chronic illness can all be factors that increase stress. Isolation and communication breakdowns lead to a realization that possessing effective communication skills is the foundation to build a bridge from one generation to another. Let’s move past blame, learn new skills, and work on acceptance of “what is”, not “what was”. We can learn to fit into the life we have been given with grace.

I look forward to meeting you.
